At Belhaven we believe that childhood is special and that education should be much more than what happens in the classroom. We provide a rich all-round education with lots of sport and a broad extra-curricular programme in a friendly, secure environment.

While Belhaven offers a first class academic education, we hold traditional values dear. We are unashamedly proud of our finest ambassadors - our children, who are happy, well-mannered and confident.

We take boys and girls from age 7 (P3 equivalent) through to age 13. Learning at Belhaven is fun, challenges are aplenty and friendships flourish. Our beautiful, secure campus overlooks the sea on East Lothian’s coast near Dunbar, Scotland’s sunniest seaside town!

Belhaven remains one of the few remaining full-boarding and day prep schools in Scotland, renowned for sending its children to the finest independent senior schools in Scotland and England. We enjoy a reputation for being a friendly, family school which places the happiness and welfare of its pupils at the very heart of all that we do.

If you have not yet had an opportunity to visit Belhaven Hill in person, do come and discover for yourself, what makes us tick! Call 01368 862785 or email headmaster@belhavenhill.com
