Form 1's - come dine with me

Mr MacAskill and I were treated to a scrumptious feast on Saturday by six Form 1's.

Tosca, Iona, Saskia, Alny, Ali and Toni were the first to volunteer. After planning the menu we visited the local shop for supplies.

Six chefs in a kitchen could have been a recipe for disaster - well there was only one, but the end result was superb!

Bruschetta with mozzarella, basil and tomatoes
Chicken stir fry with broccoli and noodles
Chocolate and coffee mousse with ice cream

Conversation was lively, plates clean and card games along with the X Factor thrown in for good measure! What more could one ask for a Saturday evening?

We are looking forward to subsequent evenings with all the other Form 1's in due course.
