2nds netball vs st mary's

Each girl played very well, marking their opposition tightly, intercepting the ball and making very few footwork mistakes. With strong defence and excellent shooting, it made for a good afternoon's play.

 

In the first couple of minutes, it was apparent that we were going to be no competition for St Mary's, as we shot ahead with 4 goals in the first quarter.

 

At half time, each player was given a new position and despite a swap between defence and shooting positions, the girls maintained control of the ball, scoring two further goals. St Mary's upped their pace in the second half and scored a total of 4 goals.

 

This was an excellent finale to such a successful season, well done girls!
