Come Dine with me 3
Last Saturday, six form 1’s went to cook supper for Mr and Mrs MacAskill. We all made our own shopping lists from various cook books and went to Asda. Luckily Mrs MacAskill paid the bill!
It was all hands to the deck preparing the vegetables for Casper and James’s course, which was lemon stuffed chicken with rosemary and thyme, roast potatoes and a medley of different roasted vegetables.
Rose and Hattie made the starter of Parma ham and melon whilst George and Andrew grappled with an unusual but delicious peach crumble. Given the limited time scale it was the most ambitious meal yet but the end result was belissimo!
We all had a brilliant night and it was a great success!
