Surfing Sunday

Intrepid surfers from Forms 2 to 4 braved the cold Nor' Easterly at Belhaven Bay to be taught how to stay upright on a surf board. They all showed pretty good aptitude for it. Your reporter did not take the challenge (he would not have looked a pretty sight in a wet suit) but became chilled by the on shore breeze as his fingers became numb whilst holding a camera.

None of the children complained about the cold, though one or two hands showed a distinct blue colouration!

Click here for a short video showing their antics.
