School & Admissions Secretary
Belhaven Hill School is looking for a School Secretary with overall responsibility for Admissions.
Start date: Friday, 1st September, 2017
The ideal candidate will be qualified to degree level, with experience in both Admissions and Marketing, have outstanding computer literacy (ideally with experience of an Admissions programme as part of a Management Information System) and with proven ability to use Word and Excel and display first class organisational, communication and administrative skills.
The role is predominantly clerical, although there is also the requirement to be able to offer pastoral care to the children at the school as required.
Hours will be 08:00 until 16:00 Monday to Friday and 08:00 until 12:00 on alternate weekends during term time with the requirement to work at the beginning and end of School holidays. Salary will be commensurate with experience and will be in the region of £21,000 to £23,000. Application forms and a job description are available by:
