Eco Club Litter Clean Up

Sunday 10th November

Armed with litter pickers, colourful recycled plastic bags and sporting yellow aprons, 30 brave pupils and 4 enthusiastic members of staff, spent a blustery afternoon picking up litter in John Muir Country Park.

An interesting assortment of 'rubbish' was collected, from dog poo hanging on tree branches to a tin of toxic water sealant! Working in pairs, everyone worked together and after an hour of searching high and low along forest's footpaths, an impressive amount of litter was cleaned up!
