100 Years Old and Still Going Strong

Belhaven Hill School reaches its 100th Year

On Thursday, 4th May, 2023 the School turned 100.

Belhaven Hill School owes its existence to the initiative and enterprise of Brian Simms and the huge support of his sister, Eleanor, who stayed with him during his time as Belhaven's first Headmaster.

The School began with four boys: C E Young, J B English, F L Turner and G S Russell.

Today, 100 years later, the School has a roll of 143 pupils, both girls and boys.
