U11a v Craigclowan

A very windy day and a long drive was not the ideal start to the season. Both teams were wearing similar colours making it difficult to see who was who. Craigclowan applied a fair amount of pressure from the beginning, cleanly making passes around the midfield. We were the team to capitalise in the D first however, with a great break from James Townshend. The game stayed pretty even after that despite having two short corners awarded against us. As the legs started to tire and the team structure diminished, Craigclowan snuck two goals. With the pressure on we made a few breaks on the turnover and then George Campbell beat a defender to make it into the D and score the equaliser.
